Support a Noble Mission
Your gifts help assure that Noble Academy’s students have the opportunity they need to achieve their goals and attain their dreams. Tuition alone simply does not cover the total cost of educating each child. Your contributions to the Annual Fund make up the critical difference.
Every year, many families find they are unable to attend without some financial assistance while others simply don’t have the financial resources available so that their child can attend at all. We know the difference even one year at Noble Academy can mean to a child and their family. In the hopes of meeting some of those needs, we have developed several scholarship funds. Your donations to these endowed funds can make the difference for a child every year.
Noble Academy is a non-profit organization funded through private money in the form of donations received and tuition paid and other funds raised by parents through annual fundraising events. We receive no federal, or state, or local assistance. Because of our low student:teacher ratio, eighty-five percent (85%) of our operating budget is allocated to faculty and staff salaries. We rely on tuition and fundraising event income to meet our financial obligations.
Annual events include:
- Innisbrook Sales
- Apparel Sales
- Walk ‘n Wag
- Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A (monthly)
- Chick-Fil-A Calendar sales
Daily opportunities include:
- Link your Harris Teeter VIC card #1259.
- Use your Target Guest Card/Visa. Tell the cashier that Noble Academy is your favorite school.
- Boxtops for Education – collect Boxtops and bring them in to school.
- Campbell’s Labels for Education – collect and turn in to school
- GoodSearch – Use GoodSearch as your search engine to raise money for Noble Academy.
- GoodShop – visit GoodShop first before conducting your online shopping. We will receive portion of your purchase!
As we look to ensure financial support for Noble Academy in the future, a planned gift can make this happen. A planned gift is a charitable donation set up during your lifetime but not available to Noble Academy until sometime in the future. From simple bequests to life-income gifts, there are many different ways to design a gift that is beneficial to your special circumstances and tax concerns.
Please contact Linda Hale, Head of School, (email@example.com or 336-282-7004) for information on giving opportunities.
Capital Campaign for Expansion
Thanks to the success of our programs and their positive impact on lives of children, we have outgrown our facilities. Our Board of Trustees is raising $2.5 million to expand classrooms and programs essential to our unique educational model. We invite you to join us. Make a difference. Take ownership in the future of the education of students with learning differences.
Walk ‘n Wag
Walk ‘n Wag is a service learning project for the senior and junior high students at Noble Academy. The project has been organized through Noble Academy’s unique skill building program. Students are encouraged to support their own academic environment as well as another organization that makes a difference in our community. Having such a hands-on role in the planning and organization of such an event helps our students become active in the community and will ultimately enhance their personal lives. The Fall 2012 Walk ‘n Wag is the fourth annual event for Noble Academy. Students benefit from the repeated opportunity to plan and carry out this event. The students at Noble Academy have chosen Red Dog Farm as the other non-profit organization to receive proceeds from Walk ‘n Wag. Many of our students have previous experiences volunteering with animal rescue organizations and are proud to help such a noble, local organization.
