MIDDLE SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY

Season Information:

• Eligibility: 5th - 8th grades

• Season: Late August through September

• Practice Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

• Practice Times: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm 

• Practice Locations: Noble Academy 

• All athletes are required to bring a water bottle and proper running attire/shoes to practice each day.
