ALL PARTICIPANTS must have a sport physical on file or they will not be allowed to practice or compete.  The 2023-2024 Sports Physical Packet is below.  Please return the completed packet to Athletic Director Andy Woodson or to the main desk in the Lower and Upper Schools prior to the first day of practice of any Noble Academy sport.
