Season Information:

• Eligibility: 9th grade to 12th grade (Underclassmen by invitation only)

• Start Date:  TBD

• Practice Days: Mondays-Fridays (except on gamedays)
  (Modified as needed due to weather – sign up for Athletic Text Notifications)

• Practice Times: 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm

• Practice Locations: Spears YMCA
