Innovative Stewardship of Resources

Maximize the effective use of Noble Academy's resources to achieve its educational misssion.

Strategies

Staff Development:

  • Invest in a staff member to become a Wilson Credentialed Trainer to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes


Tutoring Program:

  • Expand and improve the tutoring program to provide additional academic support to students


Facility Utilization:

  • Explore ways to maximize the use of Noble's facilities (buildings, land, buses) for summer programming and community events.

  • Establish an Adjunctive Building Committee within the Board of Trustees to oversee facility planning and maintenance

  • Revisit campus master plan to ensure it is still focused on current needs


Strategic Planning:

  • Implement a "rolling" 5-year strategic plan that is updated annually to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability


Endowment:

  • Expand depth and breadth of donor base

  • Increase student financial aid to decrease financial burden on families


Grant Writing:

  • Explore training/hiring a grant writer

Leverage relationship with NCAIS to promote/lobby for maintaining/adding to current state resources
