Maximize the effective use of Noble Academy's resources to achieve its educational misssion.
Strategies
Staff Development:

Invest in a staff member to become a Wilson Credentialed Trainer to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes
Tutoring Program:

Expand and improve the tutoring program to provide additional academic support to students
Facility Utilization:

Explore ways to maximize the use of Noble's facilities (buildings, land, buses) for summer programming and community events.

Establish an Adjunctive Building Committee within the Board of Trustees to oversee facility planning and maintenance

Revisit campus master plan to ensure it is still focused on current needs

Implement a "rolling" 5-year strategic plan that is updated annually to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability

Expand depth and breadth of donor base
